Audition for Ballet Afsaneh 2024-25 Season

Ballet Afsaneh performance ensemble is seeking 2-4 experienced dancers for a minimum of a one year commitment. Dancers would be learning company repertory for public performances of Persian and Afghan Dance, as well as some Uzbek and Tajik repertory. Performances take place at private events such as weddings and other community events, as well as concert performances during Nowruz (the New Year Celebrated in March). Performances are paid ($300-$600+). Some performances do require travel (NYC, DC, LA and more). You will not be required to perform at every performance during the year, but we will need you to be available on weekend evenings especially the month of March, since that is when most performances take place.
